Ted Tedesco, Retired U.S. Marine Corps Major, Retired And Bored

Ted Tedesco, 55, bored to death in his early retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps, could not find anything more useful for the community he lives in than stirring things up at the local school, Woodbury Elementary School (Woodbury, Vermont). The target of his efforts? You guessed it, he pledge of allegiance.

"Saying the Pledge in the classroom is legal, convenient and traditional," said Tedesco. "Asking kindergarten through sixth graders who want to say the Pledge to leave their classrooms to do so is neither convenient nor traditional."

BrandNewCitizen's take: Farting in the classroom is also legal, convenient, and traditional. And constitutional!

Or maybe not!

That is about as an honest man as you can get in America today! How many people stand for America today, about none but when someone like this stands up it shows that there are still people who care.
