Threatening With Lien Against An Old Woman's House For ONE CENT!
Eileen Wilbur, a 74-year-old blind woman from Attleboro, Massachusetts received a letter from the city administration saying that her home will have a lien placed on it unless she paid ONE CENT that was overdue on her water bill. The stamp on the letter was FORTY TWO CENTS!
