I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States

Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution, the president's oath of office:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Too bad that the "Ability" itself was MIA (missing in action) in the case of George W Bush, the worst republican president in the modern history.
